Some suggestions for resources helpful in your prep of a Geocaching 101 event are Geocaching.com's "Geocaching and Education" and "Introduction to Geocaching Presentation," Geocacher University, SlideFinder, and slideshare.

We also received feedback from Rothallo about his issues with Evernote. He's also tried Nocs and Trunk Notes which sync through Dropbox (a GeoGearHeads favorite service), and NoteMaster (there is also a free NoteMaster Lite) which syncs with Google Docs (another GeoGearHeads favorite service).
