 Listen to our interview with sailor_dave of Orlando Florida. He started caching with the Garmin GPS 12 from his boat and still uses that same unit today. He used GSAK to load both the GPS and the Palm (which runs Cachemate). A couple favorite location he caches are Ocala National Forest, the Space Coast, and Tampa Bay. His caching dreams take him to Europe, Australia, the Far East, and Hawaii. His favorite hide is his "Jambalaya" cache (GC107BV) for it mix of cache types. One of his memorable experiences came while working at Disney World and spotting a fellow Geocacher waiting to have his photo taken with a travel bug and a character. A favorite event was the recent "Third Annual Florida Finder's Fest" event (GC14D8Z) which gave him the oppotunity to hone his caching skills with a group of Cachers. His movie picks include "Animal House," "Better Off Dead," "Caddy Shack," "Stripes," and just about anything by Steven Spielberg. On television he likes "24," "Dexter," "Grey's Anatomy," "M*A*S*H," "Nip/Tuck," and "Seinfeld." As for music, he enjoys the music of a friend's band called "Rico Monaco & Sol Sons," and some of the older groups including "Crosby, Stills, & Nash," "Genesis," "Emerson, Lake & Palmer."Also mentioned in this episode was the Cache-A-Maniacs Geocoin sales to support this show.  Listen to our interview with Diamond Head of the Chicago area. Their Geocaching name comes from their love of Diamond Head in Hawaii. The first caching experience was with a navigational GPSR -- a Magellan Maestro. Now they use a Garmin eTrex Venture HC and supplement it with an Apple iPhone and its built-in apps. They have recently start watching "Hawaii Five-0" and enjoy checking out the places they know now as they were filmed for this decades old television series.Also mentioned on this episode was the "Medical Alert Dogs" Pathtag.
